 Emily is dedicated to creating a judgement-free environment, where care and compassion are fundamental in her treatment. With a holistic approach to therapy, Emily blends current treatment practices with mind-body awareness, allowing you to  feel centered, open and emotionally balanced. Understanding that every individual is different and has specific needs, Emily is a post modern therapist who takes a collaborative client-centered approach in order to create highly customized treatment plans. Emily is passionate about supporting teens and young adults successfully transition to the next stage of life.
Emily is trained in a variety of evidenced-based therapy practices including: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), M
anaging and Adapting Practices (MAP), Seeking Safety, Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Therapy.  
Emily received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Masters of Social Work from the University of Southern California. She is a licensed clinical social worker.

Prior to your first appointment, kindly print and complete the new patient forms.


Payment in cash, check or credit is due at each appointment.

My practice is self-pay as I am not on any health insurance panels. However, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan if your insurance carrier allows you to choose an out-of-network provider. Please contact your insurance provider to obtain information regarding your mental health benefits.


Please call or email me in order to discuss my current fee. I offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments, lower than my usual fee, based upon income and ability to pay. Please call me if you are interested in receiving therapy but cannot afford to pay the full fee. I will do my best to accommodate your financial situation, or assist you with finding appropriate referrals 


Any appointment missed or cancelled without 24 hours advance notice will be charged at the full rate, except in the case of emergency.


Parking in the building is available for a fee. Metered street parking is also be available
